Karl Marx

Karl Marx was a German philosopher and political economist whose writings examine capitalism, class conflict, and the relationship between economic life and political power. With Friedrich Engels, he wrote The Communist Manifesto, which presents history in terms of class struggle and argues for the overthrow of capitalist society and the abolition of bourgeois private property.
